  • We arrive at your location with our fully equipped mobile dog gym. Your dog completes a structured session that may include:

    • Warm-up

    • Treadmill run or walk at their pace

    • Cool-down

    All sessions include water breaks and positive reinforcement.
    Dogs go at their own pace — we never force them.
    All sessions are supervised by trained staff and tailored to your dog’s fitness level and comfort.

  • Yes — Safety is our top priority.
    Dogs are:

    • Properly harnessed

    • Closely monitored throughout the session

    • Allowed to set their own pace

    • the BEST part, if they stop moving the treadmill stops

    We focus on controlled, low-impact movement, not forced or high-stress exercise.

  • Most dogs can benefit from treadmill conditioning, including:

    • Dog that is at least 5 months old

    • High-energy dogs

    • Dogs needing structured exercise

    • Dogs working on weight management

    • Dogs that don’t do well in group settings

    We assess each dog individually before starting.

  • Dogs with certain medical conditions, injuries, or mobility limitations may require veterinary clearance before participating.
    If your dog has health concerns, we recommend checking with your veterinarian before booking.

  • Introductory sessions are 20 minutes and are designed to help your dog become comfortable with the treadmill and our process.

    All single run and Run Club membership sessions are 30 minutes, allowing time for a structured warm-up, treadmill exercise, and cool-down based on your dog’s individual needs.

  • Most dogs grasp the basics in a few minutes, but it can take more than one session for confidence and full comfort.

  • Yes, an owner or authorized adult must be present at the home during the session. You’re welcome to observe or relax nearby while we work with your dog.

    • Avoid feeding a full meal for at least 2 hours before the workout

    • Ensure your dog has had a bathroom break

    • Have fresh water available

    • Have your dog wearing their harness
